Audrey Johns struggled with her weight her entire life until she discovered clean eating which led to her 155 pound weight loss, which Audrey has kept off. She has since has been featured on the Today Show, The Doctors and is a regular on The Rachael Ray Show. Audrey is a 4 time best selling cook book author, and the creator of inspiring low calorie, nutritious recipes. Dawn Vaslow is passionate about fitness and loves sharing her passion with her clients to assist them in becoming stronger, healthier versions of themselves. She is helping others re-write the rules of wellness and learning new strategies as their bodies age. Dawn is certified with the National Academy of Sports Medicine, as well as an online fitness certification with NLCA. She also has her bachelor of science degree from Iowa State University. Wendy Alley Pierson is the author of the book The One Day Diet. After failing several diet plans, she realized something was missing in each plan, mindset. She was inspired to create an approach using self love, affirmations and mindfulness to achieve success, one day at a time. Wendy is a certified yoga instructor RYT200, and certified in Reiki and fascia release therapy.
